St Jude's Tasting

St Jude's and St Cera are made by Julie Cheyney at the Whitewood Dairy near Bungay. The Montbeliarde cattle, which graze the lush water meadows of the Waveney Valley, provide  protein-rich raw milk which develops into an unctuous cheese with complex flavours.

Julie has been making cheese since 2005 and has won The James Aldridge Trophy for the Best British Raw Milk Cheese was awarded to St Jude in 2013 and St Cera in 2016. She will be here for the day to tell people about her cheese making process.
