Pump Street Bakery's flaky, buttery pastries are made by layering French pastry butter with a delicate yeasted dough.

Pump Street Croissants, Pains au Chocolat, Pains aux Raisins and Almond Croissant are all available to pre-order 48 hours or more in advance.

Baked fresh every day at the bakery in Orford and ready to collect from Lawson's by 9am. Pump Street Bakery products are NOT available on Mondays or Tuesdays.

At this time we are unable to offer a home delivery service. All items that you order must be collected from our shop. You can specify a collection date at the checkout. Traditional all butter croissant made by hand by layering a yeasted dough with French butter and rolling into a crescent shape    

Pain au chocolat

Handmade croissant dough with two sticks of Pump Street 60% Ecuador Dark milk chocolate inside.

Pain au Raisin        

Handmade croissant dough brushed with custard and dotted with raisins then rolled and sliced into rounds.   

Almond Croissant

Traditional croissant, split in two, dipped in an Armagnac syrup and filled and coated with frangipane then a layer of sliced almonds
