The Loch Fyne business started life as a small oyster bar.  Loch Fyne smoked salmon is principally supplied by Loch Duart and West Ross salmon farms – the first to gain RSPCA Freedom Foods accreditation.  It is produced using traditional methods developed over the centuries in Scotland. After filleting, the salmon is hand rinsed in fresh Highland spring water from the hills of Glen Fyne, to refresh the fish before being smoked. The salmon is delicately smoked for at least 12 hours using oak wood shavings from retired whisky casks, adding smoky overtones.

Classic Smoked Salmon

Smoked Salmon 'Classic' is hand-filleted and cured in a mixture of sea salt and organic sugar, then smoked for at least 12 hours.  It is delicately flavoured.

Marinaded Salmon cured with dill, sea salt and unrefined brown sugar.

Bradan Rost

Kiln roasted smoked salmon. This is a full-flavoured salmon, smoky and darkly aromatic. With a flaky texture it is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, its own or with cream cheese and celery.
