OUR SHOP

Our shop is a haven for food lovers and is crammed with delicious and unusual products.  The items we sell are carefully sourced and often chosen because they are made by small scale artisan producers who take pride in what they do. We believe in low food miles and supporting the local food network, so when local is good we embrace it and stock it, but we also track down harder to find global foodstuffs too.

Our staff are knowledgeable and passionate about food – they will encourage you to taste a particular cheese or will recommend their favourite salami.  Juliet will tell you why she loves Binham Blue cheese made by Catherine Temple up in North Norfolk; Tina will recommend a dish she’s cooked for a dinner party and Jan will describe the herbs she grows in her garden.

We sell locally made organic bread, home glazed Suffolk ham, fine cheeses kept in excellent condition, rare breed pork pies, olives, jams and chutneys, coffee beans and loose leaf teas. In season expect asparagus, blueberries, apples, pears and salad leaves, all from local farms and smallholdings.

Open 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday and from 10.00am to 2.00pm on Sundays in season.
