Prepared and Frozen Meals

Much of the food we sell is cooked on the premises by experienced chefs using fresh and, where possible, local produce.  We like to cook with the seasons and as the mood takes us  - which means there is always something new to try. Customers bring in excess produce from their gardens, so we might cook with freshly picked courgettes or new season’s broad beans.  We use free range eggs, meat and poultry from local suppliers, while milk and cream come from a local dairy. 

Our freshly prepared food changes daily. You may find game or Suffolk ham terrines, seasonal salads and soups, filled crèpes or favourites such as Bakewell tart and Kim’s outrageously good chocolate brownies.

In our kitchens we also prepare a range of frozen meals.  Everything is made in small batches without additives or preservatives and is available in one, two or four portion sizes.

To order frozen meals from our brochure or to discuss your requirements for freshly prepared food, where possible we prefer you to order by telephone rather than email, so we can suggest dishes which best suit your needs. Please place your order an absolute minimum of 48 hours in advance, or longer at peak times such as school holidays, Christmas and Easter.
